Responsibilities
- Serve as RN, Clinical Educator, applying adult learning principles to educate and support clinical staff
- Promote patient well-being through advocacy, education, and effective communication with physicians and the care team
- Model professional practice and collaborate with leadership to maintain and improve clinical skills and staff development
- Ensure practice is aligned with facility policies, state regulations, and accrediting requirements
- Support ongoing professional development and provide guidance to colleagues on evidence-based care

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in California
- RN with clinical experience; education/leadership activities preferred
- Ability to work Day shift; 8-hour shifts (40 hours per week)
- Strong communication, teaching, and collaboration skills
- Commitment to patient advocacy and safety in a fast-paced clinical environment
