Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a talented team during the night shift to deliver exceptional food and service.
• Coach and develop team members to uphold Chick-fil-A’s core values of Integrity, Care, Consistency, Generosity, Trustworthiness, and Hustle.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and strictly follow food safety standards.
• Collaborate with other leaders to set goals and optimize productivity.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in fast-paced customer service environments
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Passion for creating a positive guest and team experience with a smile and enthusiasm
• Willingness to obtain SERV Safe Certification (provided at no cost)
