Job Description

We#39;re seeking an Entry-Level Communications Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you#39;ll work closely with the Marketing Manager and client partners to support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotional events, and public relations initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience while developing valuable skills in communications, brand marketing, customer engagement, and campaign management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of marketing, communications, and public relations projects assigned by the Marketing Manager.
• Collaborate with internal teams and client accounts to implement integrated marketing and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor in-store promotional activities to ensure successful campaign execution and an exceptional customer experience.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by representing client brands professionally and promoting products and services.
• Assist with measuring campaign performance by tracking key metrics, analyzing results, and preparing reports.
• Help manage marketing materials, promotional displays, and visual merchandising to maintain consistent brand messaging.
• Work with vendors, suppliers, and event staff to support successful marketing events and promotional initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of event performance, inventory, campaign materials, and production schedules.
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency, customer engagement, and overall marketing performance.
• Contribute new ideas and creative solutions that support business growth and campaign success.
• Exceptional performance may lead to advancement opportunities in senior marketing and campaign management roles.
