Diagnose, repair, and service commercial HVAC systems
Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues
Service rooftop units, split systems, and commercial refrigeration equipment
Communicate professionally with customers and internal team members
Complete accurate service reports and required documentation
Deliver quality workmanship while maintaining safety and efficiency on every job

Minimum 3 years of HVAC service experience, preferably in commercial HVAC
EPA Certification required
Strong HVAC troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Experience servicing commercial HVAC equipment, including rooftop units, split systems, and refrigeration equipment
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to work independently in the field
Comfortable working on rooftops and in confined or tight spaces
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to complete service documentation accurately
