Catholic Software Trainer/Demonstrator (Full-Time) An intimate knowledge of Catholicism and Catholic parish operations is required! Job Description Mass Intentions Online (aka My Parish Office), a member of the Diocesan family of products, is seeking a Church Software Support Specialist to join our Digital Products Team. This role provides technical support, training, and onboarding for parishes using our software. This is a fully remote, full-time position. The salary range is $41,000-$48,000 per year. What You'll Do

• Product Demonstrations & Sales: Deliver clear, persuasive virtual presentations to prospective parish decision-makers, demonstrating how our tools solve daily parish management challenges, from Mass intention scheduling to office workflows, and converting prospective parishes into long-term clients.
• Serve as the primary support contact for churches using our software
• Establish and maintain excellent client rapport
• Respond to customer support requests via phone and email in a professional, customer-first manner
• Conduct virtual demonstrations, onboarding, and training new clients on our software
• Create, document, and manage support cases in our CRM/ticketing system
• Provide clear, timely updates to clients on open issues and resolutions
• Participate in weekly team support meetings and collaborate with internal teams
• Obtain a comprehensive knowledge of features and functionality of the MIO suite of applications and software
• Ability to function independently in a busy environment, as well as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
